Privacy Notice
Last updated: 13 October 2026
This notice explains what happens to the information you send through the request form on nsoundhelp.com. We handle it in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
What we collect
- Your name and email address.
- Payment details you choose to give us: the first 6 and last 4 digits of the card, the payment date, the amount and currency, and the Acquirer Reference Number.
- The topic and the description of your request.
- Your IP address, recorded when the form is sent, to protect the form from abuse.
We never ask for a full card number, expiry date, CVV or any password, and you should not include them in your message.
Why we use it
We use these details only to find the payment, look into your request, reply to you and, where it applies, arrange a refund. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in resolving payment questions, and our legal obligations where a refund or chargeback must be recorded (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(c)).
Who can see it
Only the payments team handling your request. Where it is needed to complete a refund or answer a bank enquiry, the relevant details are shared with the payment processor and the card networks involved in the original payment. We do not sell your data or use it for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep request records for as long as needed to resolve the request, and then for up to 24 months so we can answer any follow-up from you or your bank. After that they are deleted.
Cookies
This site does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within one month.
